~ Kettlebell ~
Kettlebell training is different from other forms of weight training because many parts of the body are exercised simultaneously, and in addition kettlebell training elevates the heart rate for effective cardiovascular training.
This class will consist of a full body warm-up, and progresses into teaching the fundamental kettlebell lifts (swing, clean, press, deadlift, snatch, and the Turkish Get Up). You may wonder, isn’t a kettlebell just like a dumbbell? In some respects they are similar, however, what makes the kettlebell different is its round shape. Resembling a cannonball with a handle, it’s the Kettlebell’s u-shaped handle that actually changes how the weight works with your body. The displacement of the weight from the hand requires that the stabilizing muscles engage more with each movement and therefore requiring more muscles firing at once.
Kettlebell exercises are whole-body exercises requiring full body integration and core stabilization. Kettlebell's can be used in ballistic (explosive) swinging movements utilizing the whole body along with momentum or used in more traditional press and squat exercises. Kettlebell training will challenge every muscle in your body! It will burn calories, build muscles and improve strength, flexibility, joint mobility and overall endurance and it’s FUN!
~ Kickboxing ~
Our Kickboxing program, BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio work-out where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo,
Tai chi and Muay Thai.
No equipment is needed, just bring a towel, a water bottle and your inner WARRIOR!
~ Pilates ~
Created by Joseph Pilates in the 1920’s, Pilates is a system of exercises using mat and special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance the mind body connection.
Pilates will help you become stronger from the inside out, using breath, focus, and slow controlled movements. You’ll start to feel stronger, stand taller, and find yourself less stressed. Anything worth achieving takes time, consistent practice, and the desire to succeed. Allow us to help you achieve those goals!
~ PIYO Live! ~
PIYO Live! is an authentic, incredibly effective body-transformation program that combines Pilates and Yoga inspired moves, all set to a FASTER pace, so you get your STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, and CARDIO all in one workout. PIYO Live! delivers the long, lean muscles and flat, toned abs of Pilates, a firm butt and strong arms like you'd get from Yoga, and the weight-loss benefits of fat-burning cardio.
~ TRX Suspension Training ~
TRX Suspension Training most commonly known as TRX was born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal.

~ Yoga for All ~
Suitable for all body types, this is a beginner to moderate level class with emphasis on breath awareness and mindfulness. We will move at a comfortable pace exploring yoga postures while gradually gaining flexibility and strength.
This is a non-competitive environment so props and modifications are encouraged, especially for safety. Class will end with a 5-10 minute deep relaxation. Come as you are and enjoy the benefits of stretching, strengthening and stress relief.
