Beginner's Yoga          Instructor:  Yee Leng
 
If you have no experience with yoga whatsoever, then this is the class for you.  You will be introduced to basic poses, breath awareness, and the concept of deep relaxation.  We will move at a comfortable pace exploring each pose while gradually and gently gaining flexibility and strength.  Come as you are and enjoy the benefits of stretching and strengthening.  Class will end with a 10 minute deep relaxation that will give you a feeling of serenity and rejuvenation.
 
 
 
Slow Flow Power Yoga ~ Class Begins 4/20
 
Slow Flow Power Yoga links one asana (posture) into the next while coordinating each movement with breath, to help guide you deeper into your physical and mental self. The asana’s can be vigorous and challenging, however modifications are provided for students of all levels. Through this yoga practice, we learn to honor and embrace our true essence…letting go of ego, judgment and expectations. 
 
Emphasis is on safe & healthy alignment. Hands-on assistance is provided. Class is done at or just above room temperature to assist in keeping muscles warm and to help increase flexibility.
 
This class is 75 minutes, bring a bath-size towel and H20.  (Available for $1)
